Black Bart

The Black Bart neighborhood is a small pocket of homes centrally located with easy access to Pioneer Trail and Hwy 50.  The approximate 127 homes allows for a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Many of the homes have gorgeous meadow and or mountain views and all the homes are a hop, skip and a jump to Trout Creek, Heavenly Valley Creek and the gorgeous meadows that are the setting for these streams.
